To the Cohort of 2024-25,
As mentioned in previous correspondence, we are giving you the opportunity to contact the parents of students with disabilities in your district directly, inviting them to participate in this year’s Parent Survey. The Parent survey consists of 14 questions and should take 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey window is currently open and will remain open until June 20, 2025. This will allow you time throughout the school year to share the link at IEP meetings, Open Houses, with progress reports, etc. We encourage you to take every opportunity to facilitate parent participation.
In an effort to make the process of completing the Parent survey as convenient as possible, we have, in addition to the survey link, created a QR Code for you to share with your parents. Both options for taking the survey are included below.
