Superintendent Goscinski's Welcome Back to School Letter
Gubernatorial Candidates’ Forum Oct. 1
Candidates for Maine governor will attend a forum at the York Community Auditorium at York High School on Monday, Oct. 1, at 7 p.m., and all York County residents are invited to attend. The event is sponsored by Seacoast Media Group, in cooperation with the York School Department. A panel of students from York High School, Marshwood High School and Traip Academy will ask questions of independent Alan Caron, independent Terry Hayes and Democrat Janet Mills. Republican Shawn Moody has declined to attend. Following the student panel, the forum will be open to questions from the audience. York High School is located on Robert Stevens Drive in York. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Individuals who need auxiliary aids or service for effective communication in programs and services conducted by the York School Department should make their needs and preferences known to the Director of Technology & Libraries as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event.
