Team Rules Respect your teammates & coaches. Treat them as you would want to be treated yourself. Come prepared to practice. Warm clothes, goggles, mouthpiece, water, appropriate footwear & stick. If you are not prepared, you will not practice. If you are late without an excuse, you will run a lap for each minute you are late. Come prepared for games. Full uniform, including warm-ups, goggles, mouthpiece, appropriate footwear & stick. If you are not prepared, you will not play. Any unexcused absences from practice the day before a game will result in not starting and/or limited playing time, if any. Communicate ahead of time any expected tardiness or absence from practice. All doctor's appointments will require a note, tardiness because of academics will require a note from teacher. Excessive missed practices or tardiness will result in limited playing time. Please try to schedule appointments around practices if possible. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated in games or practice. This includes behavior, foul language, and arguing with officials. Players will be removed from games in these instances, indefinitely.
