Anyone responsible for supervision/evaluation of teachers.

A workshop and (2) follow-up half-days dedicated to assisting administrators in evaluating the level of technology integration occuring within their schools/district.

Activity #1 - Browse through the NETS-A booklet, Page 2, identifying the 5 standards.  In pairs or groups, explain what you ALREADY HAVE DONE or COULD DO to demonstrate any one of the Performance Indicators under any one of the standards.
