The Scoring system
* Report points to Score Keeper Sunday or Monday.
* You earn 1 point if you meet your goal for the week.
* You earn 1 bonus point for your team if you exceed your goal in a week- only 1 point per week. This can include 15 minutes added to your daily workout or an additional workout day.
* Your team earns 1 bonus point per member for exercising together as a team (you must have more than 50% participation). Example, decide to walk on the beach one day, 5 members = 5 bonus points. If only 4 decide to participate (and that is more than 50% of your team you get 4 points.) Again only once a week for this bonus.
* You earn 1 bonus point every day you drink at least 32 ounces of water.
* You earn 1 bonus point per week for sharing a fun fact about fitness/exercise/weight loss/eating well that less than 50% of participants know. Send the fun fact to me on Mondays and I will send it to the group.
* you earn 1 point for every day you keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat and drink including snacks and adult beverages. You don't have to let others read it but you should show it to your score keeper for evidence that you have met the standard
* you earn 1 point for every day you break down how your calories were burned. Again, you don't need to turn these in but you should show your score keeper to earn the points.
