2003 ~ 2004
  • Support transition to K-2 and 2-4 schools efforts
  • Examine school scheduling to optimize student learning, including length of day, expanded kindergarten day, and transportation
  • Monitor student enrollment at Sanford Regional Voc. Center
  • Strengthen partnership with YCCC, SMCC and YHS
  • Develop integrated units in science/ social studies
