League School directions

Take Rt.109 traveling into Sanford...... Stay on Rt.109 for approximately 10 miles until reaching Acton fairgrounds....... Take left onto Milton Mills Rd. across from fairgrounds..... Action Middle School is approximately 2 miles down on right.

Biddeford Middle School: 25 Tiger Drive - 282-6400 ( new middle school as of fall 2006 directly behind old middle school which is now Biddeford Intermediate School)

Football, takes place at Waterhouse Field: Maine turnpike- Biddeford exit. At light take left onto Rt. 111. Go approximately 1.5 miles past shopping mall (Planet Fitness, 99 Restaurant,etc.) to 5 points intersection, at light, take right between Burger King and cemetery onto West St. Waterhouse field (football) and St. Louis field (soccer/baseball) are approximately 1/4 mile on left

Biddeford Middle School: follow above directions. Continue on West St. to traffic light (intersection of Hill St.) Take right onto Hill St., travel approximately 1/2 mile . turn left just after Biddeford Intermediate School onto Tiger Drive where new middle school is located.

Outdoor track takes place at Biddeford High School: Maine turnpike to Biddeford exit.... At light take left onto Rt.111.... Go past shopping mall (Planet Fitness, 99 Restaurant,etc) and turn left onto May St..... At end of May St., go left onto South St. approximately 1/2 mile on right take left onto Maplewood Ave........ track is across from Biddeford High School.

Cross Country takes place at Rotary Park: follow directions to Biddeford High School, but continue to end of Maplewood Ave........ take left onto Main St...... travel approximately 1/2 mile to Rotary Park located on left.

Field Hockey takes place at the HS field across from Rotary Park off of Main St. After you get off of the Turn Pike go left at the lights and travel pass Rest. "99" and 5Pts. shopping center. Take the 1st. left after shopping center and turn onto May Street. Travel to the end of May Street and turn left again onto South Street and saty on until you see the fields on your right. Parking entrance is on the Main St. side of the field.

I-95 north to exit 36(saco-oob) after toll take 1st exit (indus. park rd.) turn left and go to lights, turn right onto Rt.112... Take Rt.112 through Bar Mills and West Buxton to Rt.22......... At stop sign, take left onto Rt.22 for about 1.5 miles. Next intersection is Rt.35...... Bonny Eagle Middle School is on opposite corner.

Take I-95 N to exit 25...... Turn right after toll gate........ Stay to the left after exit onto Alfred Rd. Follow this road past Cummings Market to a 4-way intersection.... Take right onto Thompson Rd......School is approximately 1/4 mile on right.

From Rt.1 north.... take right onto Fletchers St. (rt.35) at the Kennebunk Free Library..... Follow Rt. 35 past high school and turnpike exits........ Stay to left after the exits onto Alfred Rd... continue past Cummings Market..... at 4-way intersection, take right onto Thompson Rd........ school is on right. Tennis will be played at the High School courts. Turn left off the toll and head about 1/2 mile. H.S. is on your left. Courts are out back by parking lot.

For football, take I-95 north to exit 44 (I-295)..... take exit 5 (Congress St.)...... get in left lane ramp and take left onto Lowell St. at stop sign......... take left onto Congress St... Get in right lane.... take right after Deering building onto St. James St.... Dougherty Field will be on your left. If you miss St. James St., take right on Douglas St and Dougherty Field will be on your right.

Take I-95 north to exit 44 (I-295).......... Take exit 6B (Forest Ave - North/Rt302) .... Go approximately 1 1/2 miles on Forest Ave.... go through Woodford's Corner staying on Forest Ave ........ at the intersection of Rt 9 & 302, turn left onto Walton St........ Walton St. will end at Stevens Ave...... Turn left on Stevens Ave. and go about 1/2 mile....... Lincoln Middle School will be on right.... Gym is in the rear of the school.

Soccer/Field Hockey/Football.... Gulliver's Field....... ENE Westbrook College Campus ........ Following the same directions as above...... When you get to the traffic light at Walton St. and Stevens Ave.... turn right......... Go about 1/2 mile and turn left into the Westbrook College Campus (College St.)........... Go to stop sign at end....... turn right and then a quick left to field in back of campus.

Softball & Baseball.......... Dougherty Field........ take I-95 north to exit 44 (I-295)..... take exit 5 (Congress St.)...... get in left lane ramp and take left onto Lowell St. at stop sign......... take left onto Congress St... Get in right lane.... take right after Deering building onto St. James St.... Dougherty Field will be on your left. If you miss St. James St., take right on Douglas St and Dougherty Field will be on your right.

From York...... Take I-95 (ME Turnpike) North to Exit 53 West Falmouth...... Turn Right onto Gray Rd (Rt-100/Rt-26) for 1.8 Miles ... Gray Rd will turn into Auburn Street as you enter Portland City limits.......... Lyman Moore Middle School address is 171 Auburn Street.

I-95 South to Exit 3 (South Berwick - Rt. 236) Take a right at end of exit..... Mashwood Jr. High will be on the right of Rt. 236.......All sports ,except Track which is held at the H.S. about 3-4 miles down from Jr. High on 236 on the right.

I-95 N to exit 19 (wells-sanford) turn right onto Rt.109 and travel about 6 miles into Sanford. At 109 & 4 intersection turn right onto Rt.4.....travel about 2 miles to Rt.4 & 111 lights. Go straight on Rt.4 and another 2-3 miles into Waterboro. Track & Field turn left at lights and go about 1/2 mile and schools are on the left. Cross Country,Soccer,Baseball,Softball, Basketball and Wrestling go through lights on Rt.4 for about 2 miles and turn left at yellow warning light , go about 1 mile and entrance to new school will be on the right.

Directions to High School - Take I-95 North to Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn right onto Rt. 109........ Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Rt. 9 for about 6 miles to traffic light. Turn left at traffic light (still Rt 9) and follow for about 1/2 mile (N. Berwick)....... At flashing light, you travel 1.8 miles (still Rt. 9)...... The school will be on your right off Rt. 9...... Look for sign... You will not be able to see school from Rt. 9

Take I-95 north to Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford)... Turn right onto Rt. 9 for about 1/4 mile....... then bear left....... Follow Rt. 9 to North Berwick..... Take a left at the lights and proceed to the blinking lights (Rt. 9) turn right and go approximately 7 miles... Turn right on Cranberry Meadow Road......... Noble Middle School is located about a 1/2 mile on right...(old high school).

Exit 36 off I-95..Take exit 1 off toll plaza...Go left at first light and right at second llight. This will put you onRt.112 heading West...Go 1.5 miles...school is on left. Field Hockey is played on front field and Soccer is plated at rear of school. Softball is also played here at the Middle School.

Baseball: C.K.Burns School Field: Exit 36 off I-95...to 195. Exit 2A South onto Rt.1South...Go 1 1/4 miles and take left onto Beach St. Take a quick left onto Middle St. School is on the right...Field is behind the school.

Football & Cross Country: Thornton Academy: Follow above directions onto Rt.1 South...Go 1/2 mile...School is on right.

I-95 N to exit 19 (wells-sanford)..turn right onto Rt.109..travel about 10 miles into Sanford... As you past

Hannaford supermarket the school will come up on your right. Soccer, track,baseball and softball fields are located behind the Jr. High. Field Hockey you will need to pass the school on 109 and travel 3/4 of a mile looking for Witham St. on your right..(right after funeral home) Fields are down back.

Take I-95S to Kittery Exit...Turn left off exit ramp putting you on Rt. 236 North...Travel approximately 1 mile...turn right at light onto Stevenson Rd...Travel approximately 3/4 mile to Shapleigh School on the left. Basketball,Soccer and Track/Field are held here. Field Hockey games are played at the High School football field . Go to traffic circle and take the right before the gas station. Field is about half mile down the road on the left.

Fort Foster: Cross Country:Take I-95 Kittery/South Berwick Exit to Rt.236...Turn right and go over the Interstate heading to the Kittery Traffic Circle(.3 mile)...Go halfway around circle...turn right after the Dairy Queen...Stay on this road for another 5 miles...Bear right at the Sunoco Gas Station and go another 1/2 mile...Bear right again onto Chauncey Creek Rd. until you see a bridge at an intersection...Go right onto the bridge and take a right to Fort Foster. Park is located at end of road.

I-95N to exit 32 (biddeford) turn left onto Rt.111....go about 1.5 miles to 5 points lights...turn left onto Rt.1 pass McDonalds . drive

another 1 mile pass Hannaford up hill than down hill to lights. turn right ...about 1/2 mile down on left is the Parish Hall where

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto LARRABEE RD. 0.4 miles ................ Turn RIGHT onto MAIN ST / ME-25 BR. Continue to follow ME-25 BR W. 0.8 miles ....... ME-25 BR W becomes CUMBERLAND ST. 0.7 miles ..... Turn RIGHT onto BRIDGE ST. 0.1 miles ..... End at Fred C Wescott Junior High 426 Bridge St, Westbrook, ME

I-95 N to exit 36... continue on t0l exit ramp 2A south onto Rt. 1...go about 1 mile pass TA football field. At next set of lights take a

Basketball- after toll booth take exit ramp 1,first right...( industrial park rd.) turn left at stop sign...continue to end...turn right onto Rt.112...Howard Sports Center will come up on your left.

From York take I-95 north to exit 48. turn right onto Riverside St. and travel and go 1.5 miles turn left onto Forest Ave./Rt. 302

and follow Rt. 302 for 7.2 miles looking to turn left onto Nash St. Travel about .5 miles and turn Right onto Windham Center RD. for about .5 miles when you will turn Left onto Gray RD. The M.S should be about 1 mile down the road.
