I'm still working at IBM as a software development manager, and am also back in school, part-time, working on a Masters in English Lit.

I graduated from USM with a degree in Communication and had a great time in college playing basketball. I have been working in Insurance as an Underwriter for the past few years and have been living in Quincy, Massachusetts since 2001.
My husband Shawn and I bought, and are renovating the two family house my grandmother had owned since 1946. It's been a fun project since we are doing all the work ourselves and the house has been in my family for almost 4 generations now.
Shawn and I are expecting our first child, a daughter in early March and we are simply thrilled.
I hope everyone else is doing well and I also would be willing to help out with some type of reunion since I'm only an hour from York.

Three years ago I started an excursion boat business called the Coast Watch and Guiding Light Navigation Co.Inc.. We run out of Portland, Maine. In July I got married to Nichole Rutherford, class of 1995. We just had a house built in Steep Falls, Maine. Hope all is well with everyone. |

I've spent the past 13 years gallivanting about the country playing in my various rock and roll outfits. Since I've seen most of you I've signed 4 recording contracts, 2 publishing deals and made music with David Bowie. I've also been engaged twice and moved to and back from Portland, OR. It's safe to say that I'm just as immature as I was in high school, I'm just better at it. I know that there is interest in getting a reunion together and I'll gladly take Lindsay up on her offer to help. I'd like to get as many people involved as
possible and make sure all of our friends from back in the day can at least have an opportunity to plan ahead and make it. When we left YHS we had a few thousand left in the bank from our rigorous fundraising. Upon further inquiry to Cap'n Bob Stevens a few years back, I learned that our hard earned car wash and bake sale money had gone towards football helmets, a gold plated parking sign for Mr. Mosely and the remainder became the nest egg for a committee dedicated to making the art wing smaller, which is great (only some of this is true.) Hello! I just happened upon this page and had fun reading about what some of us are doing now. Well, I have been living in Florida since '03. I have been teaching elementary school since I graduated from college in '98. I am currently in a master's program for guidance counseling and will be finished in December of 2007. I got married in June '05 to Pete, a fellow teacher. We had a son, Cameron, in March '06. I'm just enjoying life. I love being a mom and plan to have at least one more! I would love to hear from some of you..high school seems so far away. |
