York School Department Policies            It is my pleasure to present York School Department's revised and updated Policy Manual.  The policies contained in this manual serve as the foundation of beliefs that create the direction, actions and procedures of the York School Department. This document represents over two years of collaborative effort and research on the part of our administration, policy committee, and policy sub-committees.  In addition to being placed at each school facility and the York Public Library, each policy may now be easily accessed on our website. Supplementary policies and revisions to existing policies will be included as they occur.  We hope that these policies serve as a useful reference tool for our schools and community.
