League Rules
Divisions—
8th grade competes against other 8th graders in the senior division
7th grade competes against other 7th graders in the intermediate division
Participation in events
An athlete is allowed to compete in a maximum of 3 events (not including the relay). The athlete may compete in 2 running events and one field event or 2 field events and 1 running event. If an athlete is selected to be on a relay team they may compete in a maximum of 4 events.

Number of students participating in each event
A school may enter as many students as they choose in each of the running events. A school may enter up to 5 students per grade per gender in each of the field events.
Uniform
All athletes must have the same colored jersey in order to compete. Jerseys are not to be shared, each athlete must have their own jersey. Shorts should match the uniform color or be of a neutral color.
Spiked shoes are not allowed in competition.
Scoring
Dual meets (2 teams) score 5-3-1 (relays 5-0)
Triangular meets (3 teams) 5-3-2-1 (relays 5-3-0)
Quadrangular meets (4 teams) 6-4-3-2-1 (relays 6-4-2-0)
